Without a Will, you die “Intestate” at which point the Government is left to decide how best to handle your estate. The Government estimates that over 70% of the population either does not have a Will, or are unaware that their existing Will is invalid.
Making a Will is not often something that we like to think about, yet it is an essential part of future planning for those we love.
