Why you should write a Will now

Without a Will, you die “Intestate” at which point the Government is left to decide how best to handle your estate. The Government estimates that over 70% of the population either does not have a Will, or are unaware that their existing Will is invalid.

Making a Will is not often something that we like to think about, yet it is an essential part of future planning for those we love. We work hard most of our lives to provide a home and some financial security for ourselves and our family. However, some of us think that everything we have will pass down to those we love, automatically… but this is not the case!

Leave it to chance - Government Rules decide who gets what!

Make Your Will - YOU decide what happens to your estate

A simple Will enables you to express who you want to receive what; a more comprehensive Will, together with good planning, can provide significant protection for your loved one’s inheritance by protecting it from unnecessary loss to the Government and others.  Having the “Right” Will ensures that the MAXIMUM possible goes to those you love…. and NOT to those you don’t!
