Funeral Plans are NOT insurance policies, they belong to you, so there is no bar on the grounds of age or health and all payment is placed in an independent trust fund which is invested to ensure that, whatever happens, there will be sufficient funds available for your funeral to take place as specified – providing a hedge against inflation, rising costs, or any change to the Funeral Plan provider.
